Benefits

As an intern at OLLMOO, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent management and recruitment, work with a young and driven team, and contribute to a company with a strong social mission. You will get to meet talented women from around the world and improve your communication, writing, and presentation skills. The role allows you to gain a cross-industry understanding of the international job market and work in a fast-growing, young company.

Talent management is a core department at OLLMOO, which is responsible for mentoring community members and matching them with roles, with the goal of advancing women in the workplace. By joining OLLMOO, you will be making an active contribution to promoting brilliant women and advancing gender parity.
