Job Description/Requirements
The main responsibilities for the position;
- Running regular checks on network and data security
- Design, develop, implement, and coordinate systems, policies, and procedures
- Plan, organize, control, and evaluate IT and electronic data operations
- Manage information technology and computer systems
- Preserve assets, information security, and control structures
- Audit systems and assess their outcomes
- Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
- Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy
- Handle IT annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness
- Ensure security of data, network access, all company IT databases, and backup systems are secured
- Identifying and acting on opportunities to improve and update software and systems
- Developing and implementing IT policy and best practice guides for the organization
- Designing training programs and workshops for staff
- Conducting regular system audits
- Running and sharing regular operation system reports with senior staff

- Managing and reporting on the allocation of the IT budget
- Providing direction for IT team members

Education
- Degree in Computer science or any other related field
Successful candidate to be based in Narok county, Trans Mara West, Lolgorian
