By using a customer-centric approach to selling, you will use your expertise to service customers in and outside our store, identify and qualify leads and close sales with both new and existing customers. Our customer base consists of private and commercial customers.
Responsibilities
- Identify, approach and cultivate new customers
- Guide and advice customers on the best furniture and interior design options
- Develop quotations and assist with 2D/3D design models based on customer-provided plans or home/office visits
- Successfully close sales opportunities and leads through a high client focused and service-oriented process
- Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of sales or customer service experience ideally in the luxury goods or furniture industry.
- Experience and working knowledge of Microsoft office tools, notably Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
- Demonstrable sales track record from previous employment. Marketing experience incl. with social media an asset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about personal growth and willingness to go the extra mile to achieve ultimate customer satisfaction.
- Strong work ethic, flexibility, good humor and a can-do attitude will make the ideal candidate.
