About the Opportunity

This opportunity is for fresh graduates who are looking to reskill and get valuable work experience right after graduating from school.

You will be expected to use specialized graphic design software to create aesthetically pleasing images accompanying written texts to inform, inspire, and captivate our target audience, with the overall goal of increasing sign-ups to our website and converting these leads into clients.

Responsibilities:

• Produce visual concepts to communicate ideas that inspire, inform and captivate our audience.
• Work with other creative team members to produce appealing content.
• Create guidelines for how branding materials should be displayed and used.
• Help make good design choices (e.g., fonts and colors) for all Compaira content to be used across the website, blog, and all social pages.
• Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each design.
• Study design briefs and determine requirements.
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
• Test designs across various company pages, blog sites, and websites.
• Amend designs after feedback.
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or certification in graphics design or any related course.

𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

• Tech Savvy.
• Willingness to work 2-3 hours per day.
• 3 Months duration
• Access to a workable computer and internet.
• Passion for graphic design.
