Technical Skills:

• Programming Languages: Knowledge in at least one programming language, such as Python, Java, or JavaScript, that you will use to develop the chatbot.
• Machine Learning: Basic knowledge to be used to train chatbots to understand user inputs better, and experience in building and training these models.
• APIs and Integration: Basic understanding of APIs to integrate the chatbot with third-party services, databases, and other systems.
• Chatbot Development Frameworks: Basic knowledge in using chatbot development frameworks such as Dialogflow, Botpress, Rasa, and Microsoft Bot Framework to build and deploy chatbots.
• Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC): Clear understanding of the software development lifecycle to develop, test, and normal deployment effectively.
• Cloud Computing: Understanding cloud computing technologies – AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure
• Debugging and Troubleshooting: Experience in debugging and troubleshooting chatbot code to identify and fix issues quickly.
  

Business Management Skills:

• Communication: Essential to collaborate with other team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure that everyone is on the same page.
• Analytical Thinking: Analyze business requirements, user feedback, and chatbot analytics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the chatbot’s performance.
• Marketing and Sales: Understanding of marketing and sales strategies to develop chatbots that meet customers’ needs and align with the organization’s marketing goals.
• Customer Service: Understanding of customer service to ensure that the chatbot can provide exceptional customer service and improve customer satisfaction.
• Creativity: Think outside the box to come up with innovative solutions that improve the chatbot’s performance and user experience.
• Adaptability: Adaptable and able to adjust to changes in project requirements, technologies, and business needs.
• Problem Solving: Analyze problems, identify the root cause, and develop effective solutions to resolve them.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure that the chatbot’s code is error-free and that the chatbot functions as intended.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure that the chatbot development process is seamless and effective.
• Time Management: Great time management skills to meet project deadlines, prioritize tasks, and manage their workload effectively.
