Our client an events planning and equipment rental solutions company are looking for a personable and well-presented person to assist with the everyday running of the events office as a Wedding and Events Sales Administrator.

The successful applicant should have:

A passion for weddings and events, a keen eye for detail and be eager to learn and progress in this industry.

Commitment and enthusiasm are essential, and experience in the weddings and events industry is essential.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of two years’ experience in sales, marketing, customer service
  • Bachelor’s Degree in communications, sales and marketing journalism or any related field preferred
  • Excellent telephone and message taking etiquette
  • Able to work under pressure and multi task particularly during the peak seasons
  • Focused on delivering a high level of customer/ client service
  • Must be highly organized, and detail oriented
  • Proficiency in the English language – Written and verbal
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proficient in all social media channels
  • Excellent in organizational skillsA team player
