Our client an events planning and equipment rental solutions company are looking for a personable and well-presented person to assist with the everyday running of the events office as a Wedding and Events Sales Administrator.
The successful applicant should have:
A passion for weddings and events, a keen eye for detail and be eager to learn and progress in this industry.
Commitment and enthusiasm are essential, and experience in the weddings and events industry is essential.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of two years’ experience in sales, marketing, customer service
- Bachelor’s Degree in communications, sales and marketing journalism or any related field preferred
- Excellent telephone and message taking etiquette
- Able to work under pressure and multi task particularly during the peak seasons
- Focused on delivering a high level of customer/ client service
- Must be highly organized, and detail oriented
- Proficiency in the English language – Written and verbal
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficient in all social media channels
- Excellent in organizational skillsA team player
