Responsibilities

  • Implementing operational policies and procedures.
  • Ensuring effective and safe use of warehouse equipment.
  • Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities.
  • Managing of the ODOO ERP inventory module and ensuring that all information is kept up to date.
  • Generating product codes and products description
  • Input the Minimum order quantities (MOQ) in the system.
  • Generation of goods received note, supplies good returned notes.
  • Manage the human resource of the warehousing and logistics department.
  • Maintain workplace safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a risk-free work environment.
  • Assist in QMS, EMS and OHSMS implementation.
  • Any other duty as may be assigned to you.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures.
  • Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Must have experience working with ERPs such as SAP, Quick books and ODOO
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Outstanding leadership, organizational, multitasking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong people management skills.
