Responsibilities
- Implementing operational policies and procedures.
- Ensuring effective and safe use of warehouse equipment.
- Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities.
- Managing of the ODOO ERP inventory module and ensuring that all information is kept up to date.
- Generating product codes and products description
- Input the Minimum order quantities (MOQ) in the system.
- Generation of goods received note, supplies good returned notes.
- Manage the human resource of the warehousing and logistics department.
- Maintain workplace safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a risk-free work environment.
- Assist in QMS, EMS and OHSMS implementation.
- Any other duty as may be assigned to you.
Qualifications & Skills
- Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures.
- Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Must have experience working with ERPs such as SAP, Quick books and ODOO
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Outstanding leadership, organizational, multitasking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong people management skills.
