- Work closely with the Executive Chef to develop luxury pastry offeringsLead, coach, and mentor a small brigade of pastry chefs • Diversify the product to meet the sophisticated travelers’ changing needsOversee the daily operations and P&L function of the sectionOffer consulting to Fairmont hotels within Kenya; Fairmont Norfolk and Fairmont Mara

Your experience and skills include:
- 5 years as pastry Chef/Sous chef in a 5 star/ Premium HotelGreat & proven leadership skillsExcellent planning & Organizational SkillsA creative approach to the production of high-quality foods and knowledge of bakeryExcellent leadership & training skillsAbility to multi-task and meet deadlinesUp to date with current trends
