Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Creative Design
- Collaborate with the various departments across the company to design various marketing materials including but not limited to;
- Below the line (BTL) collateral such as calendars, leaflets, posters
- Financials and annual reports
- Branch branding – signage and wall branding
- internal newsletter
- branded merchandise
- Social media ads
- Collaborate with the various departments across the company to design various marketing materials including but not limited to;
- Brand and Standards Custodian
- Brand and branding compliance across all channels – HQ, branches, tied agents, digital, events, emails, etc
- Branch branding implementation
- Communication
- Writing of staff newsletter features
- Collation and compilation of newsletter stories from the wider editorial team, proof reading
Photography at events
- Digital Assets Management
- Track and update company website for current products, financials and news features. Work with relevant internal stakeholders to ensure the content is accurate
- Manage social media handles for creative campaigns – working with Creative / Digital Agency
- Uploading of photos from internal and external events on DAC socials
- Reposting / sharing of relevant stories from social media pages of key partners on joint initiatives
- Branded Merchandise management
- Procurement of merchandise together with Procurement Team
- Inventory management of merchandise and re-order
- Brand shop – merchandise production, sales and reconciliation
- Events and Activations
- Internal and external event planning and execution
- Co-ordination of banners, tents and other collateral deployment and set- up across companywide events
- Driving staff participation in internal events
- Departmental Administration
- Record keeping / filing (physical and digital)
- Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time
Person Specifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Degree in Design / Advertising / Communication / Marketing or a relevant filed from a recognized institution
Professional Qualifications
- Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing
- Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM)
Experience
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience
Skills and Attributes
- Proficient in Adobe Packages – including; Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat, etc
- Holds a creative portfolio which includes BTL collateral, logo design, branding, publications (e-newsletters and annual reports)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Innovative and creative thinking skills
- Good presentation skills
- Self-driven, works with minimal supervision
- Analytical thinking skills
- Good negotiation skills
