As a warehouse operations intern, you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the warehouse. Your main duties and responsibilities may include:

1. Receiving and processing incoming stock and materials: You will be responsible for receiving incoming stock, performing quality check, and entering them into the inventory system.

2. Stock Standardization and warehouse arrangement: You will oversee standardization and packaging of stocks into their SKUs.

3. Sourcing and Managing inventory levels: You will be responsible for monitoring inventory levels and ensuring that stocks are replenished at the right levels.

4. Dispatch: You will be responsible for accurately loading stocks into company trucks as per orders

5. Maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety: You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment in the warehouse.

6. Analytical thinking: You are required to think analytically with the ability to pick up new ideas and subject matter quickly.

7. Any other duty as the business may dictate.

Requirements

1. Diploma/Degree in supply chain management, Food or related field.
2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

4. Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

5. Willingness to work flexibly for long hours.

6. Prior warehouse or logistics experience, and Familiarity with inventory management systems and software is a plus, but not always required.
