Key Responsibilities
- Prepare lessons plan
- Train students on both theoretical and practical aspect
- Overseeing all operations of your course unit
- Guide learners on Setting standards for growing all specimens, including the schedule and nutrient intake
- Guide learners on how to ensure proper preparation for harvesting times
- Train and guide learners on experimenting with growing conditions to improve efficiency
- Train learners on testing water quality on a regular basis
- Guide learners on the marketing strategies to better promote products
- Perform other related duties as required from time to time.
Key Qualification
- At least 2 years of experience in a hydroponic farm
- Extensive knowledge of the art of growing plants without soil
- Excellent people skills
- Ability to use all the necessary equipment’s of hydroponics
- Forward-thinking mindset, able to see the big picture at all times
- Interest in the hydroponic industry
- Trade school certification with hydroponics specialty will be added advantage
- He or she should have bachelor’s degree in an agriculture-related field
- Perform other related duties as required from time to time.
