JOB OVERVIEW:

Office assistant/Cleaner reports to the respective Officers/Assistants (Finance, HR, Admin, Procurement & Logistic) as well as managers and Country representative, and is responsible for ensuring the office work as well as required office cleaning twice a week.

JOB DESCRIPTION

This person should have experience working in an office environment, performing administrative tasks such as handling emails, filing documents, photo copying, scanning, book keeping, data entry and providing support to coworkers. The ability to multitask to manage complex schedules and excellent communication skills are also required.

Office cleaning is also required twice a week to keep the office work space clean and tidy, mopping the floor, wiping desks, dusting, maintain the kitchen and the bathroom hygienically.

  • Excellent time-management and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information
  • Honestly and integrity to keep the office confidential information
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred skills and qualifications

  • Capability the use of office software such as Microsoft word, Excel, ERP or other software.
