Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute impactful email marketing campaigns, using segmentation, personalization, and testing for optimal results
  • Develop a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with company’s overall marketing objectives and goals
  • Manage and optimize our website and digital platforms for an optimal user experience, search engine ranking, and conversion
  • Create and schedule engaging content for our social media presence to appeal to our target audience
  • Conduct targeted online advertising, including search engine marketing (SEM) and display advertising, to drive traffic to our website and social media channels
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create and execute digital campaigns effectively
  • Analyze campaign performance using analytics and data to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as needed
  • Stay informed on industry trends and technologies, and recommend new tactics to enhance our marketing efforts
  • Manage all database segmentation to accurately target audiences
  • Represent the company in a manner that strengthens our brand and improves our online presence

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising and or related field
  • 3 + Years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on hospitality
  • Proven track record of managing and executing successful digital campaigns
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and technologies
  • Knowledge of e-commerce, SEO/SEM and social media advertising
