Currently We’re currently looking for a talented Customer support specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Promptly process customer requests;
  • Communicate with customers, drivers/couriers and partners to solve possible problems;
  • Develop processes and tools to improve the quality of customer service.

Qualifications:

  • Organizational skills for handling large amounts of data and multi-tasking;
  • Native French and intermediate English;
  • Confidence and competence to make decisions independently;
  • Own laptop.
