Currently We’re currently looking for a talented Customer support specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Promptly process customer requests;
- Communicate with customers, drivers/couriers and partners to solve possible problems;
- Develop processes and tools to improve the quality of customer service.
Qualifications:
- Organizational skills for handling large amounts of data and multi-tasking;
- Native French and intermediate English;
- Confidence and competence to make decisions independently;
- Own laptop.
