Our client in the cleaning service industry is seeking to recruit a competent committed individual for the position of a Cleaning supervisor.
Salary: 22,000
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Checking cleaning equipment condition.
- coordinating and liaising with clients at worksite.
- Facilitate effective communication and engagement at the workplace.
- inspect work done by cleaner daily.
- Plan out work schedule for cleaners.
- Solve operational problems and make decision.
ACADEMIC/PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENT
- AT LEAST a diploma in hospitality or any other related field.
WORK EXPERIENCE
- Minimum two years of experience as a supervisor
- MUST have cleaning services background.
ADDITIONAL SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS
- Must have leadership skills.
- Proficient in both English and Swahili language (written and spoken).
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Working knowledge of housekeeping.
- The ability to multitask.
- The ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Should be willing to work night shifts, weekends and on public holidays
