Scope of work
The IT Systems intern will need to understand all our products, be able to do high level presentations, Onboard any of our solutions and ensuring a smooth working process of any activities directly or indirectly related to all our products.
Responsibilities:
- Support the IT team in maintaining hardware, software, and other systems
- Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support
- Organize and maintain IT resources
- Lend IT support in areas such as cyber security, programming, analytics, and data center management
- Onboard any of our solutions
- Do high level presentations
- Organize and maintain IT resources
- Installing operating systems and other computer software applications on new computers
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure that all technology is working properly for the company
- ·Supporting the maintenance of existing computer systems, including troubleshooting problems with hardware and software
- Providing technical support for computer hardware and software issues
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science or related field
- Strong problem solving, excel and analytic skills
- Good expirience in web design and maintainance
- Good in system intergration
- Expirience in social meadia markerting
- Experience in testing and training cycles will be an added advantage.
- 6 months of experience in user support and at least 4 months’ experience working with any CRM will be an added advantage.
- Troubleshooting skills on both hardware and software.
- Technical proficiency in database design development, data models, techniques for data mining, and segmentation will be an added advantage.
- Preferably FEMALE candidate
Remuneration: Ksh. 20,000
