Job summary

A Kenyan company focused on services to Hotels and Hospitals (Non pharmaceutical items) is seeking to recruit self-driven highly motivated individuals for the position of Sales Executive

Key responsibilities

  • Proactively identify new potential clients and initiate, follow up, close the sales, Maintaining and ensuring quality relationships with clients.
  • Developing and increasing business by following up on potential leads with face to face presentation and meetings with clients and providing them the utmost customer service.
  • Consistently achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets to ensure the accomplishment of the overall company’s target.
  • Build and sustain relationships with procurement units in hospitals and hotels
  • Demonstrates knowledge of market and competition and aligns work with strategic goals.
  • Producing innovative ideas and sales strategies to meet objectives.
  • Identifies business opportunities and pinpoints problem areas to further increase sales volume, market share, and profitability per service.
  • Provide feedback to all arms of the business i.e. operations, marketing, sales to enhance the Customer experience and quality of service so that the customer is satisfied
  • Perform any related duties and special projects as requested by the Supervisor.

Academic and professional qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or a minimum of a Diploma in a related field like in Sales & Marketing

Experience

  • At least 3 year experience in sales.
