Responsibilities:
- Assist with market research, including property and market analysis
- Support in the preparation of financial models, reports, and presentations
- Conduct property inspections and provide property and tenant data
- Assist with lease administration and tenant relations
- Support the team in various tasks as required
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Real Estate or a related field
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Passion for real estate and eagerness to learn
