Job Purpose:

Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Keeping and updating HR records
  •  Assist the Human Resource Manager in recruitment, reference checks, onboarding, induction, and orientation of new employees
  • Facilitate company ID cards to new employees and replacing for the old employees
  • Taking minutes during meetings
  • Compiling and updating employee documents and ensuring that all employees have complete documents
  • Digitization of employee’s documents
  • Ensuring all tea stewards have valid medical certificates
  • Providing clerical support to the HR Manager
  • Leave management
  • 1Assist in payroll management
  • Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records
  • Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualification

  • Preferred candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience as an HR Assistant
  • Should hold a Diploma / Degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Knowledge of labor laws
  • Good computer skills
