Job Purpose:
Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Keeping and updating HR records
- Assist the Human Resource Manager in recruitment, reference checks, onboarding, induction, and orientation of new employees
- Facilitate company ID cards to new employees and replacing for the old employees
- Taking minutes during meetings
- Compiling and updating employee documents and ensuring that all employees have complete documents
- Digitization of employee’s documents
- Ensuring all tea stewards have valid medical certificates
- Providing clerical support to the HR Manager
- Leave management
- 1Assist in payroll management
- Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records
- Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualification
- Preferred candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience as an HR Assistant
- Should hold a Diploma / Degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Knowledge of labor laws
- Good computer skills
