Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but not limited to the following as specified:
- Responsible for the development of the market and establishment of customer relationships for Hörmann Middle East and Africa
- Responsible for the achievement of annual sales targets
- Grow client database
- Prospect market opportunities for all Hörmann residential products
- Acquiring new end customers
- Consulting the customers on site and offering the best product solutions
- Preparing product presentations customized to individual clients and their needs
- Checking and organizing internal workflow for offer preparations and proposals for inquiries
- Maintaining a proper follow up workflow for the offers and analyzing the feedback from the clients
- Liaise with clients on technical and commercial clarifications
- Liaise with HMEA, the factories and HQ for coordination and processing orders and technical clarifications
- Liaise with the marketing department in order to improve the promotion for HMEA
- First point of contact for customers in regard to technical clarifications
- Prepare reports for management on leads, target, sales achievement, market and competitive information
Qualifications
- Knowledge of the local market
- Experience in doors, construction materials industry preferred.
- Communication skills
- Fluency in English
- University degree
- Initial orientation
- On-job training
- Strong team spirit and high sense of responsibility
- Must be a team-player, self-motivated and highly organized
- Good computer skills
- Superior numerical ability
- Being service-oriented
- SAP knowledge preferred
- Driving license
