Responsibilities
- Processing loan applications and documentation within specified limits
- evaluating credit worthiness of the customer
- Communicate with clients either to request or to provide information
- Complete loan contracts and counsel clients on terms, policies and restrictions
- Justify decisions and report on clients.
- Operate in compliance with the law and regulations and adhere to lending compliance guidelines
- Maintain and Update loan account records
- Interview applicants to determine financial eligibility and feasibility to grant loans
- Build trust relationships, customer loyalty and satisfaction

- Experience in loan lending processes
