Job Purpose:
Reporting to the Administrative Officer of SBM (NBFC) Holdings Ltd, the Front Desk Officer will be the first point of contact of the Company, attending to visitors and phone calls, general queries and acting as a liaison between staff and other parties, whilst supporting daily activities and assisting in the coordination of the Company’s initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promptly attend to phone calls and queries, redirect/relay messages to the respective team
- Ensure follow up where staff are expected to revert to other parties
- Attend to clients’ general queries
- Maintain filing as appropriate
- Contribute to a culture of service excellence
- Perform any other cognate duties as and when required
Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
- HSC Holder
- At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Organised team player with a can-do attitude
- Fluent in English and French
- Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
- Professional telephone manner
- Customer service focused
