Our client, a global player in infrastructure maintenance, offers an exciting opportunity as a Technical Writer. We are looking for a Technical Writer to produce high-quality documentation and learning material that contributes to the overall success of our products and education experience. You will join a team of talented tech writers, who work collaboratively with quality engineers, product managers, and education experts to improve our product documentation and eLearning course materials.
Your tasks
- Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product, documentation and learning requirements
- Produce high-quality documentation and learning material that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience
- Write easy-to-understand user interface texts, online help texts and learning material
- Create tutorials and support eLearning to help users using a variety of applications
- Improve and optimize education material to educate quality engineers and image labelers / data annotators
- Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities
- Create, improve and maintain the information architecture
Your skills
- Proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation and data annotation guidelines
- Body of work to show
- Ability to deliver high quality learning material, paying attention to detail
- Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures
- Excellent written skills in English
- Strong working knowledge of Notion and Microsoft Office
- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Education, English or equivalent preferred
