We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer with experience in Azure AD and Office 365 to join our client’s team.
Responsibilities
- As a technical support engineer for Azure AD and Office 365, engage and empathize with customers/users to support and resolve technical issues through completion leading to a good customer experience with effective customer interactions.
- Support installation, configuration, and support of Microsoft Office 365 on various platforms along with Office 365 Exchange Online, and Mail
- flow.
- Support service requests and incidents related to Active Directory and Azure AD integration, Azure Information Protection, Rights Management and DLP across desktops, laptops, and devices.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in supporting financial domain customers. May participate in a 24×7 Support Operation and 24×7 on-call rotation.
- Experience working in IT Operations following ITIL v4 and ITSM practices.
- Good communication skills with experience working in a matrix and distributed team(s) setup.
- Preferred Azure certification for foundations, Identity, and access administration, and M365 security administration (AZ-900, SC-300, MS100, MS-500).
