Qualifications:
- Diploma in Business Management or related field
- Bachelor of Business Management or related field will be an added advantage
- Tertiary Certificate in Business Studies, Office Management or Training in Front Office
Skills:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in office administration in NGO Sector is essential
- High standard of written and spoken English
- Advanced skills and experience in Office 365 and outlook is essential
- Demonstrated high attention to detail and ability to follow through tasks to completion
- Punctual and reliable
- Good organisation and prioritisation skills
- Ability to work self directed and take initiative
- Trustworthy and responsible.
- Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality
