Responsibilities

  • Achieving quarterly and annual sales targets with new and current customers
  • Developing a pipeline of qualified leads through personal initiative, planning, networking, marketing activities, and execution to achieve annual sales targets
  • Demonstrating competence in qualifying, presenting, and demonstrating the company’s Products
  • Always Representing The company in a positive and professional manner
  • Maintaining accurate and timely sales data and generating reports
  • Track and update leads and opportunities
  • Staying current on all the company products and industry trends
  • Gaining competitive knowledge and understanding how to best position the company’s Products
  • Achieving a minimum performance of 100% by developing and executing an annual plan including sales targets, target customers, activity metrics, and high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Degree in sales and marketing, Business administration, IT, or related course
  • 2- 3 years experience in sales and marketing. Experience in the IT industry is highly preferred
  • Superior oral, telephone, and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Results-focused attitude
  • Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Enthusiastic self-starter who can work independently as well as with a team
  • Effective relationship builder: the ability to develop trusting relationships with customers, team members, management, and partners
  • Ability to hit targets
  • Strong drive toward superior customer satisfaction
  • HubSpot CRM knowledge a plus
  • Mastery of overall sales processes
  • Must be open to personal and professional development
