Responsibilities
- Achieving quarterly and annual sales targets with new and current customers
- Developing a pipeline of qualified leads through personal initiative, planning, networking, marketing activities, and execution to achieve annual sales targets
- Demonstrating competence in qualifying, presenting, and demonstrating the company’s Products
- Always Representing The company in a positive and professional manner
- Maintaining accurate and timely sales data and generating reports
- Track and update leads and opportunities
- Staying current on all the company products and industry trends
- Gaining competitive knowledge and understanding how to best position the company’s Products
- Achieving a minimum performance of 100% by developing and executing an annual plan including sales targets, target customers, activity metrics, and high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Degree in sales and marketing, Business administration, IT, or related course
- 2- 3 years experience in sales and marketing. Experience in the IT industry is highly preferred
- Superior oral, telephone, and written communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Results-focused attitude
- Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision
- Enthusiastic self-starter who can work independently as well as with a team
- Effective relationship builder: the ability to develop trusting relationships with customers, team members, management, and partners
- Ability to hit targets
- Strong drive toward superior customer satisfaction
- HubSpot CRM knowledge a plus
- Mastery of overall sales processes
- Must be open to personal and professional development
