JOB DESCRIPTION
- Maintaining diaries and making appointments for management.
- Organise internal and external events.
- Manage incoming emails, e-mails and other material.
- Set up and maintain document management systems.
- Assist colleagues with their printing and admin needs.
- Maintain schoolspecific databases.
- To operate office equipment and to manage office supplies.
- Any other duty as assigned from time to time.
- Maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
- Monitor all of the moving parts that keep an event, a meeting, or a project on course from providing planning support, to ensuring that resources are available when they are needed and sending messages to the team through line manager.

Education & Professional Certification
- Diploma in secretarial/ businessadministration/customer service studies and/orCommunication and PR.
- Specialized knowledge Knowledge and experience of relevant softwareapplications

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOBS

- Contribute to constructive team-building amongst teaching and non-teaching staff, parents and the Directors.
- Ensure that the agreed conditions of employment for school teachers are met.
- Implement agreed school policies and guidelines in consultation with the Principal.
- Support initiatives decided by the Principal and other staff.
- Plan appropriately to meet the needs of all students through differentiation of tasks.
- Be able to set clear targets based on prior attainment for student’ learning.
- Provide a stimulating classroom environment where resources can be accessed appropriately by all students.
