Responsibilities

  • Planning And Organizing Production Schedules
  • Planning availability of Resource Required for a project
  • Interpreting shop drawing for panel assembly
  • work with Production manager in problem-solving solutions
  • Ensuring That Health and Safety Regulations Are Met
  • Determining Quality Control Standards
  • Supervising Production Processes
  • Assist in QMS, EMS and OHSMS implementation.
  • Maintain workplace safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a risk-free work environment
  • Other duties as may from time to time be assigned to you

Qualifications & Skills

  • Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Power) or equivalent
  • Must have 3 years’ experience as a panel assembler/ Supervisor
  • Written and verbal communication
  • Decision-making
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Adaptability
  • Time management
  • Conflict resolution
