Responsibilities

  • Providing customers with information about company products
  • Gathering information to accurately identify the customer’s needs.
  • Selecting products to best suit the customer’s needs
  • Providing customers with quotes, sales orders, delivery information
  • Providing after-sales service including courtesy calls.
  • Following up on sales quotes from other members of the sales team.
  • Completing sales order paperwork.

  • Working towards monthly or annual targets.
  • Manage CRM using odoo ERP erp
  • Generating potential leads for new accounts.
  • Market research & identifying new opportunities and tracking them.
  • Provide pre-sales technical support
  • Prepare custom client proposals and presentations
  • Prepare and submit reports on customer needs, problems, interests & competitive activities.
  • Maintain a high level of open communication within the team and supporting work groups
  • Maintain excellent client relationship with existing and potential clients
  • Liaising and negotiating with prospective clients to close business opportunities.
  • Adhere to the workplace safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a risk-free work environment
  • Assist in QMS, EMS and OHSMS implementation
  • Other duties which may be assigned to you from time to time be

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in sales or marketing or equivalent
  • Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
