Responsibilities
- Providing customers with information about company products
- Gathering information to accurately identify the customer’s needs.
- Selecting products to best suit the customer’s needs
- Providing customers with quotes, sales orders, delivery information
- Providing after-sales service including courtesy calls.
- Following up on sales quotes from other members of the sales team.
- Completing sales order paperwork.
- Working towards monthly or annual targets.
- Manage CRM using odoo ERP erp
- Generating potential leads for new accounts.
- Market research & identifying new opportunities and tracking them.
- Provide pre-sales technical support
- Prepare custom client proposals and presentations
- Prepare and submit reports on customer needs, problems, interests & competitive activities.
- Maintain a high level of open communication within the team and supporting work groups
- Maintain excellent client relationship with existing and potential clients
- Liaising and negotiating with prospective clients to close business opportunities.
- Adhere to the workplace safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a risk-free work environment
- Assist in QMS, EMS and OHSMS implementation
- Other duties which may be assigned to you from time to time be
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in sales or marketing or equivalent
- Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
