- Analyze data to track the performance of growth initiatives and make the according improvements
- Find and execute on best practices in the startup world to use trends and opportunities for your growth tactics
- Become highly proficient at running and operating different types of growth programs, develop strategies for each one, and execute on those strategies to drive results
- Work with the product team to provide feedback and insights on user behavior and needs
