Role and Responsibilities

Brief description

The position involves handling of all sale activities in our sales department with a view to closing sales at Maisha Developments located within Tilisi Developments. Compensation is mainly commission based from the sales generated through the company’s marketing efforts. Being available to work on both Saturdays and Sundays is a prerequisite with the successful candidate taking another day in the week off.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inform customers on all available investment opportunities at Maisha and advising on purchasing processes and procedures
  • Maintaining and expanding customer base by building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities including attending all client-facing events/ activations
  • Proffer recommendations to buyers and refer them to our partners who provide legal and mortgage services
  • Update customers on construction progress and completion on a formal basis.
  • Prepare and/or review of Booking Forms and follow through the purchase process including review of all general and legal correspondence between the company and customers.
  • Attending promotions or other marketing events held by the company.
  • Follow up on clients’ deposit/ instalment payments and ensuring that they are paid on time
  • Responding and Managing our Instagram Account and/ or any other Maisha social media account you may be requested to handle from time to time
  • Respond to clients’ complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain updated records of inquiries and site visits on our CRM and google questionnaire
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the HOD

Qualifications and requirements

  • Diploma or Degree
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and selling skills and ability to make and maintain contacts for booth new & existing clients
  • Capacity to identify, understand and promote partnerships
  • Windows Office literate and other relevant computer packages
