We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible to achieve company revenue target and creating and executing sales strategy, and reporting to upper management.

Responsibilities

· Identify, design, develop, and implement market-driven strategies to achieve revenue target

· Generating leads periodically to grow the pipeline

· Conduct presentations, deliver basic demos of the solutions, create proposals, and manage negotiations

· Handle vendor registration and bidding submissions

· Recruit, manage, and grow potential reseller partners to expand business coverage in the territory

· Provide periodic updates and reporting through CRM tool

· Report to senior management at regular intervals on all aspects of your assigned territory

· Must be willing to travel to adjoining states in East and Central Africa and occasionally further a-field for Company meetings and conferences.

Requirements

· Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing, IMM or similar

· Experience in IT sales, or loyalty programs preferred

· Strong Market Knowledge in East Africa, and surrounding states

· Adept at working with C-level clients

· Strong exposure to Banking and Financial Services Industries

· Digital Marketing experience will be an added advantage
