Responsibilities
This role entails developing digital marketing messages – graphic design input is required. Generating sales leads through digital sales platforms. Following up on leads produced by digital sales platforms. Managing leads through the sales process and closing new revenue deals. Developing customer solutions in collaboration with production and design teams. Providing management with feedback on product positioning and pricing. Recommending improvements to products. Owning customer relationships and ensuring service excellence. Preparing sales documentation, activity reports, and forecasts as required.
Qualifications & experience
A diploma or bachelor’s degree in a business.
Skilled in the graphic design of digital media content.
Experience in a digital sales role with verifiable accomplishments.
