Position Summary
KCIC Consulting Limited seeks a highly motivated data analyst intern to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the design and implementation of research studies and projects.
- Collect, clean, and analyze data using statistical software and other tools.
- Interpret and summarize research findings in reports, presentations, and other materials.
- Assist with the design and implementation of a database system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues as they arise.
- Assist with the development and enforcement of database policies and procedures.
- Participate in database-related projects as needed.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in a field related to data analysis and research, such as statistics, computer science, or social sciences.
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and data interpretation.
- Strong understanding of database management principles and practices.
- Experience with research design and data collection is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with database design and SQL is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Location: Kenya
Duration: 3-6 months (with the possibility of extension)
