Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential clients and business partners through market research and industry networking
  • Develop and implement overarching outbound sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices across the company to achieve revenue targets
  • Support deal structure and pricing with business-value analysis, and negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners through regular communication and follow-up to achieve long-term partnerships
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients and partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized proposals and presentations
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in influencer marketing

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any other related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Professional certification such as PMP will be an added advantage
  • Strong understanding of the influencer marketing industry and its evolving landscape
  • Proven track record of generating new B2B sales and driving revenue growth
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to think strategically and identify opportunities for growth
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Self-starter with a high level of initiative and the ability to work independently
  • High degree of integrity and professionalism
  • Strong attention to deadlines and budget guidelines

  • Proficiency with project management tools is a plus
