Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential clients and business partners through market research and industry networking
- Develop and implement overarching outbound sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices across the company to achieve revenue targets
- Support deal structure and pricing with business-value analysis, and negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners through regular communication and follow-up to achieve long-term partnerships
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities
- Negotiate and close deals with clients and partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized proposals and presentations
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in influencer marketing
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any other related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
- Professional certification such as PMP will be an added advantage
- Strong understanding of the influencer marketing industry and its evolving landscape
- Proven track record of generating new B2B sales and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to think strategically and identify opportunities for growth
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Self-starter with a high level of initiative and the ability to work independently
- High degree of integrity and professionalism
- Strong attention to deadlines and budget guidelines

- Proficiency with project management tools is a plus
