What you will be doing:
- Supervise all Food and Beverage operations in our fast-paced restaurant and bars
- Maintain exceptional levels of customer service
- Contributes to the upkeep of the outlet’s database of regular guests
- Resolves guests’ complaints directly or consults the Outlet Manager
- Familiar with the outlets menu and promotional activities
- Ensure compliance of brand standards
- Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
Your experience and skills include:
- Previous experience in a similar role is required
- Diploma in Food & Beverage or related field
- Service focused personality is essential and a passion for everything food and beverage
