ADVERTISEMENT FOR FINANCE INTERN
TECHWIN Limited is a professional technical trading and manufacturing company that engages
in design, manufacturing, supply, installation and commissioning of stainless steel and energy
equipment and solutions. We are looking for a Finance Intern to join our Finance Department.
He/she will provide support to the Department while gaining practical experience in the Finance
Field.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Preparing cost analysis on projects before implementations to assist the management in
decision making.
• Assisting in financial reporting and analysis of the financial statements.
• Review quotations before issuance to ascertain that the prices quoted are in line with the
company policy.
• Review invoices to ascertain that the prices charged matches the purchase order.
• Work with finance team in processing payments to the vendors.
• Perform analysis on actual expenditure versus budget, monitor committed obligations
with vendors.
• Collect operational and market data for financial analysis.
• Compare financial data with forecasts and plans to determine current financial condition.
• Deliver unique recommendations to ensure cost and operational efficiency.
• Assist in the accounting roles such as; preparing and posting of invoices and payments,
preparing and maintaining all the books of accounts, ensuring compliance with taxation
and any other financial statutory requirements including filing and payment.
• Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a business course preferably in finance and accounting from a
recognized University.
• Excellent interpersonal, prioritization and time-management skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to pay attention to detail.
• Analytical skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Proficient in MS Office.
