We are seeking to recruit a Customer Service Executive to join our Enterprise Business Center team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and will be experienced in handling inquiries and complaints related to both print and digital publications.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner;
  • Providing accurate information to customers about our print and digital publications, including size, positioning, pricing, advertising options, and publication dates;
  • Resolving customer issues and concerns related to our publications to their satisfaction;
  • Identifying and escalating issues as needed;
  • Tracking and reporting on customer interactions and feedback;
  • Planning the advertisement layout in the publishing system (DTI);
  • Maintaining a high level of product and service knowledge, including staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field;
  • At least three (3) years’ experience in customer service or a related role, preferably in the media industry;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills;
  • Knowledge of customer service best practices and procedures, with a focus on the media industry;
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for the media industry.
