Job Responsibilities:
Direct Sales

  • Individually develop leads and support the Sales Team close sales with key accounts such as factories, hotels, and large boarding schools tmeet aggressive sales targets
  • Develop partnerships with NGOs, charities, and governmental entities whwill purchase our products on behalf of schools and children’s homes and other clients

Sales Team Management

  • Create realistic sales goals and KPIs in each region, in collaboration with the sales manager and General Manager, and take responsibility for meeting goals
  • Recruit, train and coach sales team for improved performance, track and appraise their performance
  • Ensure efficient and responsive customer service by fast resolution tcustomer complaints, requests and training needs
  • Take responsibility and report on Sales performance tthe company management and Board of Directors

Business Development

  • Harness company resources tdrive business intnew markets by rolling out elaborate market expansion strategies, monitoring business performance and take instant remedial measures tmeet sales objectives
  • Review current business model, develop and deploy business strategy tincrease product uptake with existing customers and improve our business competitiveness
  • Lead company initiatives on carrying out market intelligence research and using gathered information thelp company retain and expand its business operations
  • Actively participate in company’s new product development initiatives

Marketing Initiatives

  • Prepare and manage a marketing budget
  • Prepare and budget for one-off marketing events for key customers for business continuity
  • Organize the company’s participation in exhibitions and school conferences
  • Ensure company’s active participation in clean cooking sector forums and any other forum organized tshowcase our products
  • Use social media and other available electronic platforms tcarry out brand awareness campaign tmake our products known tpotential clients and update current clients and general public on current happenings

Criteria:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent from a recognized institution
  • 5-10+ years’ experience managing field-based B2B sales
  • Quantifiable and proven experience aggressively growing sales for small businesses
  • Impressive, confident, and persuasive when interacting with high-level decision makers
  • Exceptional relationship builder
  • Outstanding coach, motivator and team player
