Primary Responsibilities:
- Achieve Sales vs set target
- Recruitment of stockists /distributors within assigned territory, based on set targets
- Follow up on Stockists /distributors activity/orders and ensure replenishment.
- Follow up on customer deliveries.
- Work on Customer complaints and ensure seamless relationship
- Daily fulfilment of individual account status, with regard to processed sales and reconciled inventory.
Job Competencies (Knowledge, Experience and Attributes / Skills).
- 2 years’ experience in Sales role, experience in farm input products is an added advantage.
- Diploma/Degree in Agri- business, Animal health and agronomy or any other equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent decision-making skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrates high levels of integrity and honesty
- Attention to detail
