MUST demonstrate the following;
- Have minimum of Logbook Loan portfolio of Kshs. 50 million in current work/previous work.
- Able to lead a team in generating and Closing a minimum of 50 sales in a month.
- Be able to recruit, maintain, motivate, manage, guide and direct their team to reach its performance levels.
- Must be able to recruitment and maintain a Minimum of 25 direct sales agents at all times.
- Able to recruit onboard a minimum of 50 car dealers and independent commission agents
- Be able identify and screen potential customers through lead generation
- Be able to prepare and come up with marketing activities and clear road map for his/her team every week.
- MUST be able to show product capability through a demo training, calculator & Interest formula calculations, Loan flow process, Customer support, CRM systems; Marketing and Portfolio management.
- Provide day-to-day key technical skills that Team members & Agents require to succeed including but not limited to product knowledge, sales and marketing etc.
- Able to identify, guide and project source of business by advising his team on potential areas to generate quality Logbook Loans.
- Develop new marketing strategies, campaigns and generate new leads to ensure business continuity.
- Conduct daily and weekly evaluations to team members and share the same with Hr for record keeping.
- Monitor and drive individual team performance through improved performance of each Member and Agent to maximize performance and work on their retention.
- Plan for activation sessions and lead the team on various sites and locations in a bid to market the products and obtain sales prospects.
- Prepare reports for the Head of Business Development and Marketing on performance in their teams against set KPIs.
- MUST be able to prepare a marketing strategy, weekly and monthly work-plans in-order to meet the company set targets.
- Prepare of Reports in Power Point, excel etc to the Board for proper budgeting
REMUNERATION & BENEFITS
- One will be able to earn between a competitive salary plus commissions.
- PAR commission based on loan book portfolio.
EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Logbook Loan sales position gained in a Credit, MFI, Banking or Financial Institutions with demonstrable ability in providing guidance in all areas of credit operations including processes, systems & models.
- Must have excellent communication skills and strong emotional intelligence.
