What you will be doing:
- You’ll work closely with the Global Recruitment Manager to build sustainable recruiting strategies specific to our Field Operations function.
- You’ll coordinate all of our recruiting activities with candidates and correspond with them in a warm, helpful, and friendly tone, whether it be via email, voice, or video.
- You’ll schedule and conduct our Pula culture screens, schedule functional fit interviews, coordinate assessments and run our reference check process.
- You’ll work to ensure our applicant tracking system is the single source of truth and that all the data is correct.
- You’ll proactively iterate to ensure the candidate experience is high-touch, empathetic, and organized, with no candidate being dropped.
- You’ll run points for recruitment in support service departments.
What you need to have to be successful:
- Background in recruiting in the Agriculture space
- 3 years experience in a recruitment role in a high pressure and innovative organization
- You are customer experience-focused and are able to work with a strong sense of urgency while balancing priorities.
- You have a warm, engaging personality and enjoy connecting with people.
- You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- You are organized and able to create order out of chaos.
- You enjoy collaborating with others and want to work cross-departmentally to build and refine a recruiting process.
- You want to learn and grow and love giving and receiving constructive feedback.
- You don’t think outside the box, for you there is no box!
