Cliniva is a community based women’s healthcare platform for Africa (starting in Kenya). We are targeting a $40b opportunity which has the potential to change the lives of half a billion women through improved primary care. Our solution offers patients a high quality omnichannel experience by integrating neighbourhood mini clinics, a digital platform, and easy access to finance. We recently launched our pilot clinic in Nairobi with significant early traction and are setting up to grow rapidly during 2023.

What You’ll do

This is a unique role for an ambitious, multi-talented individual who wants to see what it takes to run a game changing business. This is a role with highly flexible opportunities for professional growth and is ideal for someone who wants to have a strong impact on multiple aspects of the business. As part of this role, you will:

• Problem-solve across a wide variety of company initiatives where you will be asked to identify, structure, and help solve our most pressing business challenges

• Support testing of service blueprint for our prototype product; help design, run and measure experiments to prove the model, achieve target customer satisfaction metrics and develop a deeper understanding of the patient

• Play a key role in the day-to-day performance management of the organization (setting KPIs, tracking progress against milestones, helping teams excel)

• Constantly analyze operational performance and build detailed work plans to improve operational efficiency

• Lead design and implementation of the miniclinic model scale up to achieve growth targets

• Support design and implementation of new products and delivery models

• Multitask, working on multiple projects, functions, and business partnerships in parallel.

This role will be based in Nairobi, Kenya and is hybrid (combination of remote and in-person on the clinic site).

Who You are

• 2+ years in business operations or management consulting (Associate/Manager role title and scope will be based on experience and fit)
• Undergraduate degree from a leading institution
• First-principles problem solving skills
• Can operate both at the 50,000 feet and 1 foot level, and won’t hesitate to roll up their sleeves and ensure everyone on the team is able to deliver while also inspiring and thinking of the long-term goal
• Results-oriented and focused on how to most effectively measure success of various projects
• High-energy, team-first attitude: you’re motivated to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment to help our growing business
• Authorised to work in Kenya
