Kreston KM & Co LLP (Kreston KM), Certified Public Accountants, is an accounting firm registered and operating under the Accountants Act Chapter 15 of 2008 – Laws of Kenya. The firm, a member of Kreston Global, a global network of independent accounting firms, provides professional services that include audit, accountancy tax and consulting.

To adequately respond to the increasing demands of our rapidly growing client portfolio, we seek to recruit for graduate trainees position in our firm.

This is an entry position into the profession and is responsible for the execution of audit functions assigned, and timely delivery of audit documentation from the client to Audit Senior for review. The job holder will undertake audit assignments allocated to him / her by the Audit Senior.

The successful candidate will possess the following basic competencies/skills:

• A degree in finance, with the possession of a CPA qualification being an added advantage.

• Professionalism, dependability, integrity and trustworthiness combined with a cooperative attitude.
• Highly motivated self-starter with ability to multitask and complete assignments within time constraints and deadlines.
• Dedicated to superior client service.
• Strong organizational skill and attention to detail.
• Appreciation of the ISAs, IASs/IFRSs, Tax procedures, Income Tax Act, VAT Act, among others
