LED POWER TECHNOLOGIES (EA) K LTD is looking for a passionate and experienced Business Development Executive to assist in the process of business development within the company by generating business leads through tendering. The successful candidate will work closely with other company executives and management teams, participate in meetings with potential business partners/clients and maintain existing client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Must have a Minimum of 5-Years in Tendering (especially in the Electrical and Solar PV Contracting Industry)
- Should be capable to execute tender releases as assigned by management and also capable to monitor and execute tender releases in the region which are mostly published online or via specific client website portals.
- Should maintain good recordkeeping of upcoming tenders highlighting their requirements and closing dates among other key emphases as directed by management.
- Should cross-check tender requirements against available company documents and provide timely reports of the same.
- Curate our company profile and customize it for each client’s specific business needs.
- Ensuring excellent customer service through regular client follow-up by email or phone.
- Combining efforts and fostering a collaborative environment within the business as a whole.
- Maintain good recordkeeping of client interactions, the products or services they inquire about, and any other valid conversions made during every experience with them.
- Required to carry out related office duties as advised by management.
