Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage scheduling for the executives.
  • Draft, review and send communications on behalf of the executives.
  • Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings.
  • Prioritize, answer and respond to phone calls, emails as well as communicate messages and information to the executives.
  • A detail-oriented self-starter with prior experience in the communications & marketing industry.
  • Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas.
  • Comfortable interacting with high-level executives.
  • A team player capable of cultivating productive working relationships
  • across the organization.
  • Resourceful, can-do attitude.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements
  • Maintain various records and documents for the executives.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Knowledge of French is an added advantage)
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Time-management skills
  • Ability to pay attention to detail
  • Organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications from a recognized university is preferred.
  • At least three years’ prior experience in supporting a senior executive or team
