Primary Responsibilities
- Manage scheduling for the executives.
- Draft, review and send communications on behalf of the executives.
- Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings.
- Prioritize, answer and respond to phone calls, emails as well as communicate messages and information to the executives.
- A detail-oriented self-starter with prior experience in the communications & marketing industry.
- Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas.
- Comfortable interacting with high-level executives.
- A team player capable of cultivating productive working relationships
- across the organization.
- Resourceful, can-do attitude.
- Coordinate travel arrangements
- Maintain various records and documents for the executives.
Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Knowledge of French is an added advantage)
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Time-management skills
- Ability to pay attention to detail
- Organizational skills
- Ability to multitask
- Interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications from a recognized university is preferred.
- At least three years’ prior experience in supporting a senior executive or team
